Hi, I’m Dylan Lacy.

Hey all.

I have been learning and practicing strength and conditioning coaching for about 5 years now. I earned a B.S. In Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise and Movement Science with a minor in Athletic Coaching and I am currently working on my 2nd year of a Master’s in the same field with a certificate in Exercise Physiology. I really enjoy meeting new people and working with them to get to their goals. If you want to get stronger, more athletic, lean out or whatever. I can definitely help.

My personal hobbies are learning about strength and conditioning and powerlifting, brazilian jiujitsu and skiing and training my pup, Siobhan.
