HI, I’M DYLAN LACY.
Hey all.
I have been practicing strength coaching for about 5 years now. I earned a B.S. In Kinesiology- Exercise and Movement Science and a minor in Athletic Coaching and I am currently working on a Master’s in Kin with certificate in Exercise Physiology.
I really enjoy meeting new people and working with them to get to their goals. If you want to get stronger, more athletic, lean out or are working through rehabbing an old injury. I can definitely help.
